Stephen Paley is the sole Director of Harris Paley Schone and is a Higher Court advocate, which means that he can conduct trials in the Crown Court as well as the Magistrates Court, effectively functioning as a solicitor and barrister. He has previously been led by Queen’s Counsel or silk on a murder case and has appeared at the Old Bailey and the Court of Appeal.
